I think your PIN will be immediately released if you terminate BIS service of Viettel. For prepaid account, simply send SMS "HUY" to 1602, unless you need to contact Viettel provider. Good luck! PS: You should post this problem in "Những người dùng BIS" board. [ Posted by Mobile Device ]
