    Bên mình đang có nhu cầu mở rộng ở thị trường Hà Nội cho 2 vị trí là Sale Consultant Retail Trainer. chi tiết xin xem bên dưới.
    1. Sale Consultant
      • Job pupose:
        To build, maintain and handle relationships with retail stores, ensuring that they have the necessary and correct information, skills and tools in order to actively sell the Brand and Product to a higher level.
      • Job descriptions:
        Be ourSmartphone Brand Ambassador across all channels in Ha Noi .You will be the key person who will build professional working relationships with retail managements and store staff. Ensuring that programs are delivered on time, consistent, and at a high quality, you will also be responsible for sales in the retail stores, through high quality in-store training, encouraging and mentoring retail staff on sales techniques, and ensuring high visibility of the Brand across all retail outlets that you cover.
        • Building strong relationships with stores
        • Be the brandAmbassador in the field.
        • Be responsible for solving stores’ queries regarding the Brand.
        • Assess knowledge of retailers’ staff and recommend improvements.
        • Provide the necessary training to stores’ staff on programs, products, sales techniques.
        • Manage and escalate issues to ensure high quality deliverables.
        • Minimize exposure and risks, and ensures appropriate actions are taken.
        • Monitor stores’ performance and recommend improvements
        • Conduct surveys to capture relevant store data.
        • Understand impact of your store performance on the wider brand strategy
        • Suggest products and services to improve stores’ and ultimately, customers’ experience of the brand
        • Market Intelligence
        • Gather market intelligence across channels and feedback during store visits.
        • Obtain relevant competitor information and report to Manager.
        • Be the Leader
        • Perform all job role “functions” as requested by the Manager.
        • Lead your team in planning, executing and delivering projects.
        • Apply knowledge, planning expertise and a holistic view to team management to achieve on-time successful completion of goals and deliverables.
        • Identify resources needed, and co-ordinate internal resources as necessary.
        • Seek value-add in all tasks and demonstrate individual and team initiative to promote brand at all levels.
      • Key requirments:
        • Previous Retail Experience
        • Always looks at things from the customers point of view
        • Passion for smartphone products and services
        • Love working with a team
        • Ability to analyze data and author clear, focused reports
        • Strong negotiation skills with retailers, vendors and distributor contacts
        • Great communication skills – keeps it simple
    2. Retail Trainer
      • Job purpose:
        Plan, develop and implement training strategies for external retail partners and internal team. Develop, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of training and development.
        Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary training and development theories and methods.
      • Job desriptions:
        You will be responsible for the team who will deliver the best brand training in the market. Developing and implementing training strategies to the retail partners and the internal team, you will monitor, measure and report on training achievements and developments. You will liaise with functional internal departmental managers, retail partners’ training managers to understand necessary aspects and needs of training development objectives.
        • Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required.
        • Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads.
        • Stay informed and updated as to relevant skills and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to organization as appropriate.
        • Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
        • Design training programs necessary to meet training needs.
        • Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
        • Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to augment that provided externally or internally by others.
        • Ensure arrangements by trainers for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
        • Manage, mentor and develop direct-reporting staff.
        • Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.
        • Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.
        • Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
        Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care
      • Job requirments:
        • Strong presentation skills is essential
        • Strategic planning and implementation of training programs.
        • Strong leadership qualities and team player
        • Always looks at things from the customers point of view

    Đại sứ RIM dùng iPhone hay sao mà không để lại mã PIN cho tiện liên lạc. BB thì số ĐT để thanh toán Bill và nạp card thôi!!! =))
